TKT was responsible for fully implementing the mechanical building services, including commissioning, at the FRA32 data center operated by Vantage Data Centers in Frankfurt am Main.

The scope of work included, in particular:

• Critical cooling,
• non-critical cooling and heating,
• ventilation
• fuel and urea,
• plumbing,
• back-up heating.

Of particular concern was the implementation of high-availability cooling infrastructures (including, for example, water-cooled systems featuring redundant design) as well as structured commissioning of the entire system across several test and integration phases (Levels 0–5).
